If a Learner HGV Driver crosses the solid white line seperating the cycle lane from the rest of the road while on test he/she WILL fail ! believe me its happend to some of my pupils. 2013 FL2 XS.

Do the cyclists get fined if they cross the line the other way? Common sense isn't very common.

I don't believe so, as the code of practice clearly states that cyclists are not obliged to use the cycle paths ,lanes or ways, Unless london has it's own ruling. DAVE. |
