Am I missing something here? 2 xTD4 similar age similar miles same model . . . over £3.000 in price difference?
I think most would want an SD4 but if you had to pick between these 2 . . . .which one? Cheapest for me !

Not totally unusual. Some dealers , like some private owners think their cars are worth more than actually are.

The silver one is a great price the black one is expensive for a manual
Auto and sd4 seems to be 2-3k more than the manuals maybe they have valued it incorrectly

Looking at the MOT histories, the cheaper one has actually done 106614miles, so the advert is a bit misleading...

Although, I do agree it's a massive price gap.

And unless I missed it, there is no mention of service history for the black one.

Parcel shelf is missing on the silver one, so maybe a little more room for negotiation...

Never ceases to amaze me what price the late model low mileage cars are selling for, or are advertised for. I bought my 2014 Sd4 nearly 4 1/2 years ago for approx £19000. It had 17000 miles at the time and was 4 years old. Now a car at twice that age is advertised for several thousand pounds more. Is it a testament to the desirability of late Freelander 2s, the lack of replacement offered by landrover or the current lack of new car availability driving up used prices? Early Disco Sports had a bombproof and proven drivetrain but dreadful trim and body build. Later cars resolved some of the build issues, but had the self-destructing ingenium engine. So in many respects, late FL2s don't have a replacement.

Prices are still bonkers though. I could have bought a late car for that sort of cash, but instead went with a 2009/10 and spent a fraction of the new money on replacing suspension parts, EGR etc. When I finish replacing the rear suspension it will drive as well as any £20k car but I get to keep £15k in the bank. Sure, it has the older dash, but £15k buys a lot of acceptance of proven older tech. Current driveway contents:
