I have a 2014 sd4 hse and the radio control button on the steering wheel has stopped working, has anybody had the same issues

Yes…but it fixed itself by doing nothing

Has your horn and cruise control also stopped working? If so, its likely to be the clock spring 2014 Metropolis in Loire Blue

Had the same problem myself, here’s a North American bulletin on how to resolve it: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2016/MC-10105688-9340.pdf
It involves removing the air bag and steering wheel controls, disconnecting the connectors and applying a small amount of Nyogel.
I find you maybe have to do this every 18 months or so as it starts playing up again.
