More selection in 235/65/18 than 245.
Personal choice with lots of opinions, I opt for General Grabbers, AT3 have been excellent. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

It's likely very possible to fit 245/65R18s I would hazzard a guess. I'd recommend the brand and model Bob suggests but I don't run a set myself.
I also can't remember if stock is 235/60R18s without looking, lol! Thumbs Up Rolling with laughter

Using the search facility is all well and good, but you will then miss any new information about software updates, upgraded parts, receive info on discontinued products and recommendations for out of business suppliers.

Some threads become very unwieldy to find the specific info you might be looking for also.

If you object to someone asking a question simply don't bother answering or telling them they are lazy.

We are here to help each other, remember we are all newbies at some stage and we all learn new stuff every day.

As to the OPs question - I have no idea. MY11 SD4 SE Auto

Have a look at these tyre postings

Plenty of info there, including odd sizes - What tyres you use tend to be personal preference - Good Luck FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Never said OP was lazy - I just find (as others do) that there are many that come on here, often with their first post, and itโ€™s a question that could more often than not be answered by a little bit of self-help. I accept that if you search tyres, there will be a shed load of responses, so you filter your query and see what you get then. If nothings found, then by all means ask. Otherwise may as well scrap that search option

My only wish would be that the people who originate the posts would be a bit more accurate with their post titles.

Some leave you to guess what they are posting about, and others are just wildly off the subject.

Good titles would make searching for answer much easier.

i think we need to know how serious your off roading will be,i go off road on my farm, and im using basic tread road tyres,in muddy fields, and yes i do struggle sometimes but not enough to justify big chunky treads, where you cant hear the radio when driving on the road. Smile Smile

265/60/18 Yokohama Geolandar GO15. Road noise is minimal, I only really hear them on newly surfaced roads. It's lifted and I have wheel spacers front and rear.

Thanks Bob.
Unfortunately for me, my brother has decided that after seeing me own Land Rovers for the last 30 years, he now wants me to find him a Freelander 2 . He wants one like mine, black, body kit, HSE. So now I'm on a wild goose chase. I'm trying to find him a later 2010 + facelift - after all, I don't want him to just have a clone of mine, now do I ?
