An interesting history lesson about an electric car.

PS I found this whilst looking for the video clip shown on the BBC this morning.
It was from a cyclist head camera, and was to meant to illustrate him being hit by a car.
To me it showed a cyclist approach and try to 'undertake' a blue van on slow moving two lane urban road, just as the road narrowed to one lane.
I take it that my 'unofficial' rule of 'overtaking/undertaking vehicle keeps clear' no longer will apply. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
