United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Bali Blue

Should be able to fix that! Its a Landrover, so its Meccano. I bought a 1993 write off Rangerover in Falmouth twenty years ago. The garage owner said it was a write off under his Trade Insurance pay-out. It had gone off the road sideways towing a large trailer into a tree. It was bent on the B frame, roof, chassis bent, doors. 78k miles 200Tdi. I checked for problems getting it back to Norfolk. Not on insurance database, so I bought a small green tarpaulin from B&Q and a roll of Duct tape. Covered up the damage. Sent for a V5 from DVLA, insured it no problems, Moted it OK, taxed it and drove it home. Steered fine stopped, job done. I straightened the chassis, took the frame apart anf rewelded it back together, new roof, doors and it was lovely.

Pity you didn’t work for the insurance company, I told them “it’s a Defender, they can be fixed”. Took me 12 months to get a settlement. There are pros though, I bought a 96 300 Tdi, which I kept till I could get another 2015 Puma. Wish I’d also keep the 300 tdi.
