New Zealand 2007 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Sumatra Black
Question: Service 27

Greeting from New Zealand.

Recently I get "Service 27" message with a clock icon displays on rpm/odermeter LCD when I start up ignition. see attached picture.

Does it mean Freelander 2 needs service to change part (ID=27)?

Thanks

sorry to say service 27 is a big one Evil or Very Mad

it involves the whole car been sanded down, primed and resprayed in stornaway grey

or you can have a service done in 27 days time, or when you run out of kilometers in between services, which ever is sooner

(also noticed that cars with the speedo in Km/h don't show MPH like ours do) Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

On normal vehicles with Km/h unlike your MPH ones, it means 27 hours not 27 days Shocked so better get your finger out Exclamation
Otherwise Nicks info about the respray is quite correct Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

Why no mention of towbar removal?
