United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey
FL2 .....very popular ....

Was up in the lakes last weekend, took a drive to Grizedale Forest for a walk and a look at the new visitor centre.

Car park was chock a block full (well it was a bank holiday weekend) drove all around the car park looking for a space and counted no less than 4 other FL2's ....all Stornoway Grey! By the time we returned from our walk there was a fifth (plus us) Shocked

Because of the way some numptys had parked there was a large area of parking space which couldn't be reached by most people, however with the advantage of a LandRover we were able to drive up a grassy bank to use this space. What was disappointing was that on our way out we saw a FFRR chicken out of making the climb, they saw where we had come from and tried it but bottled out ! Not a very good advert for the brand ... OK the driver ! Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!

FL2 seem to be very popular in this neck of the woods too. Also I've noticed a number of brand new RRS's. People must be earning a lot more than me Shocked Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

Love taking advantage of, lets say, unusual parking spaces. My excuse is that it gives one more space to all the unfortunates without a F/L2. still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit

Mrs G's friend had a trip in our FL2 and has now decided to persuade her husband to buy one, I hope for his sake she uses nice persuasion techniques not just old fashioned nagging. The man is about to get either very lucky or very unfortunate Laughing At work

As AVTUR suggested in his post, Grey is becoming VERY common these days,

More reason to buy black I'd say Thumbs Up

Every other car we see on the road here in Norway is either Black or Silver, which means these colours are becoming too common maybe Wink 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
