The dent will come out of the bumper with hot water poured over it and pushed from behind. It'll barely be noticeable. Just get it repainted afterwards.

Sadly it’s split the bumper so won’t push out! Aye the local body shop is on finding a bumper |

Just done the same thing in a carpark, a drainpipe hid behind the d post and out of view of the camera, but glad to say my damage will touch up with paint and polish out.

The other thing to check is the real bumper , a steel section behind the plastic , it looks like you might have missed it , but if you clipped it it will be distorted . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

I recently did the same but on the front nearside corner. Bumper and wing replacement needed.
