Remote Key not working

Hi Everyone, all of sudden remote key is not working, battery is in very good condition, remote battery also still OK.
What could be the issue?

So the problem is that the remote won't lock/unlock the doors?

And the key still works to start the motor?

If so, that sounds like the battery in the key itself is flat. It could be a bad key battery, that's usually the problem but the key battery actually gets charged when it's in the slot and the car is running. If you don't use the car much the battery might simply need to be recharged by driving or running the car for a while.

But the key battery (like a phone or tablet) gets tired after being recharged numerous times. They seem to last about 4-5 years with daily driving and the either the battery or key needs to be replaced.

Also *remotely* possible there's some radio frequency interference near you, you can check for that by trying the remote at another location.
