| Dartman the one Member Since: 04 Apr 2013 Location: Seville, Spain Posts: 1731    | If he is charging for journeys he must have either a taxi licence or a private hire licence, the car is plated and have a up to date inspection date usually inspected each 6 months, without tax and mot there will be no insurance and if there is it won't be a carriage for hire insurance. Basically he's an illegal chancer, report him to the council's  taxi registration office.
