AC Motor/Flower intermittently not working

Hi everyone

I have LR2 2008 i6 HSE, it's been 12 years now and running 236000 kms. I have small problem that I never face before with AC blower motor. What happened is sometime it's not running at all, although I switch on the AC and put maximum blower. Then I switch off the car, wait for sometime then it's working again. It's happen randomly, and I could not reproduce the problem easily, simply kind of random problem attack to me Smile. Anyone has similar experience? If yes, what is the solution?

Thanks.
