A bit of a tip for you all...if like me you receive poor service when visiting the dealer make sure you fill in the survey that arrives shortly after your visit and state why you were disappointed as the Manager rang me up apologising for the mess they made of my services and recall and gave me 50% off the next services if I go back...with that kind of saving I'll be trying them again!
