My pleasure.
The FL1 and FL2 have very little in common.
One thing I sometimes miss from the FL1 is the retractable tailgate window which made up for it not being as big as our Discovery. Jules

That BMW TD4 engine was quite nice too.

United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Biscay Blue

If it is confirmed that Bell Engineering are ceasing Haldex repair what are our options to keep our vehicles on the road?
What are the failure modes of the Haldex that enable the vehicle to be continued to be driven in 2 wheel drive only and what failure modes leave the vehicle undriveable ?
Thanks,
Nigel

Looks like Austen is working on a solution to Haldex problems.

Haldex are mounted on a variety of cars not only Freelander 2. I do not think that the one on Freelander breaks more often. Or does ? If yes, may be another problem.
