Ugly wheel weights

Why would someone design such functional yet attractive alloy wheels on the FL2 and then allow ugly whel weights to be positioned on the outside for all the world to see.
Mine have now gone and been relaced by adhesive weighting on the inside of the rims. Cost was £20 at my local ATB and as they are careful with the allies I can recommend them to fit tyres etc. without damege to those precious rime. Ralph

because the wheel tyre industry have yet to design an effective replacement for ye olde lead weights - although they didn't look too sparkly either...

Yeah they've always annoyed me too. I don't know why they have to be on the outside rim. None of my previous cars have had them there in such a Censored location Twisted Evil Gone - TD4 XS Auto, Sumatra Black, Mud flaps and side strips, clear indicators, private plate, privacy glass

Come on, Where will I get 18 inch rims from without the one who must be obeyed finding out? Ralph
