Don't give a dam to get the shot

Couldn't resist the opportunity of taking a few pictures whilst camping in the roof tent at Ben Lawers dam in Perthshire this weekend...

I did have to do a bit of 'rock crawling' with one of the wheels floating over a metre off the ground at one point Mr. Green

was that a water meter, gas meter or an electric meter.


You would need a 'dislocated axle' to reach over one METRE ! or a twist off ramp.

Great car combination- we relate to the mix here, and I was hoping to put up a photo of our Freelander 2 and XK8... 4 cylinders and a few years difference overall but great pleasure between them...

.. but the forum setup persists in importing/adding my photos upside down in the gallery, and having spent half an hour trying to correct that, to hell with it - enjoyed your pics anyway! Lexus RX450H - 500 mile a week commuter- I just couldn’t trust in a newer RRS or DS for that….
2009 Freelander 2 HSE... 155K miles, we’ve done 135k of those, has done brilliantly on the commute and staying firmly put as car two in the household
2002 Jaguar XK8 Coupe... fun, fast, ours for 12 years and owes us nothing - so staying with us too…
