Mostly the led-lights are what I see as difference.

Not changing the models is too me actually a good thing as it hide the cars age.

Aren't these just facelifts really?
I was thinking they had completely new models, esp. with the Disco 4 moniker. Phil

Personally I like the look of the disco wright now so for me there does not really need to come a completely new car for it any time soon.

I do think the RR sport needs redrawing. Especially since it's such a hit and there is really no alternative for it. It's still ok in my eyes but it's not that modern looking as the disco an the freelander and especially with the lrx comming next year.

And if they do the sport they should do the FF as well. Or maybe create an new name for a big sporty version.

NEW Land Rover LR4.

Land Rover just introduced the LR4 at the New York Auto show.

Looks like Discovery 3/LR3 with body coloured moldings, new freelander/LR2 style 2 bar grill, and a upgraded "Range Rover" style interior. Most N. American buyers didn't like the obvious amount of plastic in the D3/LR3 interior, when compared to it's competitors. The LR2 will probably get a similar interior update since the current one mimics the LR3 and RR Sport.

Two questions, Why the name change? and Is something new going to fill the LR3 spot.

Found a pic of the interior in black. It's a close up though.

The interior/dashboard pictures of the 2010 LR4/ RR Sport have "Start" buttons, but I don't see a port to insert the Keyfob. Have they moved to a completely keyless system now? unlike the Freelander/Lr2.
