egr full blank plate with DPF on sd4

will a full egr blank plate with DPF on sd4 . cause any damage

Other posts on here suggest you cant fully block the egr valve on the SD4 (it will put on the EML). I have the blanking plate with the 8mm hole in it - doesnt seem to make the slightest bit of difference Laughing Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
