Cutting out at low revs, special programs and limp mode

Hi, I have an 07 HSE which has recently started occasionally dying whilst at low revs round town and when reversing. It has also given the "Special Programs not Working" message with an orange (abs?) light, and occasionally gone into limp mode.
I have thought it an electrical problem so ensured the battery was good, recharged it, and disconnected for hard reset. This worked for a few weeks, but now the problem has come back.
I have taken it to a mechanic who I trust who has found fault codes (he was meant to send me a pic) but these indicate the issue is in more than one place. He also said he had another FL2 that had similar problems which they never got to the bottom of, even replacing egr and throttle bodies.
Mine is always well maintained, it had new throttle bodies 2 years ago and cambelt change 3 years ago. 130K FSH.
I have looked at the sticky forum about hesitation/stutter/judder, but as mine is an older model it is not applicable to this software update.
Has anyone got any ideas please?
TIA

You really need those codes to post up and if possible the chronology of the faults/codes.

Yes will try to get pic of codes - i'm sure one was a fuelling fault, and another was a position of something?

Earth strap?? No - will have to research and find out about that - thanks!!

Check the battery earth.
But my first thought though is a failing battery - FL2 well known to generate a variety of faults as the battery gets old. Mine did it at 5 years and 40K miles despite having the earth strap mod. A new battery solved the problem. Jules

Isn't this similar to faults encountered by people who have put in incorrect version of fuel filter?

If you search for this kind of problem on Freel2.com you will find lots of info about this and the crankshaft sensor, but as mentioned above a good list of error codes sorted by the time they occurred would be handy if you want help. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

I have this info now. 4 codes:
P193B-00 Throttle pedal signal - No subtype Information (This one is highlighted in Black)
U0415-00 Invalid Data received from ABS Control Module - No Subtype information
P0564-82 Speed Control Multi-Function Input A Circuit - Alive/Sequence Counter Incorrect/Not Updated
P0088-21 Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High - Signal Amplitude Less than Minimum

Thanks for your help. Bow down

Following forum advice I will check/install for extra earth strap and fuel filter. Thumbs Up

Look at bobbster's post on this thread (about half way down)

https://www.freel2.com/forum/topic31803.html?highlight=p0088

Hi, I had exactly the same fault only about 4 weeks ago. RAC came basically dropped the fuel filter and refitted it fault cleared. I then dropped it into my local LR specialist and he diagnosed that the fuel flow through the filter was borderline so the filter was replaced for a genuine Land Rover one, no faults since. I would spend £40 and replace the fuel filter with a genuine one before going any further, plenty of how to guides on here for the DIY FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Installed the new earth strap today with the bare minimum of polava - which was good.

I don't know if i'm just wishing it, but the landy seems a little more perky!! Cool

No sign of faults on my 10 minute test drive!
