Connectors on window glass

On my rear nearside window I have wires (AERIALS) one has a wire conected the other us bare/unconnected what is it for?

Left in the picture is the fuel fired heater antenna I think.

Somewhere there is a pretty good post on what each window trace can be connected to, but I can't find it at the moment.
