engine FAULT codes P0198 AND P250A

engine codes wont clear but no eml light on . what are or where are they

PO198 .ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT

P250A .ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR - CIRCUIT

Your sensors are reporting overheated engine oil and incorrect oil level (too high or too low).
(google is your friend)

Have you checked your engine oil ? Is there any ?


Or your sensors are faulty, or the wiring is faulty.

Odd for 2 sensors covering the same area to fail at same time. So I'll initially go for the engine being in dire need of lubrication - check that then look at the sensors. Jules
