If the OP is still looking I have just advertised a pair of the correct headlights for his car on Ebay today at a very reasonable price. I am selling as I have exported the car to France and had to shell out €1150 on a pair of new LHD units.
Seems there is a shortage of stock form Hella. I could have got a Lh (LHD) unit with the signature strip but not the RH ( LHD ) unit or vice versa without the signature strip. I could not get a matching pair anywhere except Landrover.
For those wanting to buy new RHD healights a bit cheaper than the UK, take a look at Oscaro.fr.

I would like to sell to a member of Freel2, as I hope to become a regular user of this site.
The car I have swapped the lights on is a friends, not mine. I have a Freelander 1, but am hoping to upgrade to a Freelander 2 myself shortly, after driving my friends whilst carrying out the work for the registration of the car in France.. Hence I have just joined and came across your post whilst browsing.
I also have a couple of watchers on both lights, so if you want it, it will have to be the buy it now price...........sorry.
