Take off the flap covering the brake fluid reservoir and you will see it.

In your photo it is just to the left of the brake fluid reservoir and has a grey coloured dust cap that has MAX 6NM in Yellow written on it. You need to unscrew this cap to allow access to the port. Hope this helps! Thumbs Up

I circle it just to be sure, i thought that AC low pressure valve is in different colour...?

So if I DIY by putting in the R134A refrigerant because my airconditioning is not cold, just to be sure, does anyone has a step by step process on how to do it? I am thinking of buying a canister of the R134A together with the tubes/connectors.

Thank you very much

If you buy a “AC top up kit” it”ll come with a fair amount of refrigerant in an aerosol and all the connectors plus a pressure gauge, which you really should use to check the system is at working pressure. Regards

David

Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me......

Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again......

The low pressure port is a smaller diameter than the high pressure so the quick release fitting will only fit the low pressure side. Most DIY cans have the instructions on it or there are a few videos on U tube. Basically you run the engine for a few minutes with the aircon on maximum setting and recirculating position. Switch engine off and connect your gauge to the low port. Start engine and check the reading.
If the reading is low you then add gas from the can by squeezing the trigger and letting the system fill. You have to shake the can before and during use and stop after 20 seconds or so and check the gauge .It will slowly move up into the filled area(which can be green or blue depending on the make ) Repeat this until the needle is in the filled zone. Do not overfill.
Again depending on the make of can you might have to hold if upright between the 12 and 3 o`clock position and alternate between the 2 positions or the can is held upside down. There should be instructions on the can to help. You should wear gloves and goggles when working with the gas and always be aware of moving parts in the engine bay! Good luck!

Hi
I wonder if you can get it done by a garage for not much more (or even less if it's on special) than the cost of a DIY canister

Not sure about Hong Kong but for anyone in the UK there is normally a deal to be had on Itison or Groupon for a cheap aircon regas.

Here in HK it will cost a arms and legs just bringing to a garage. That's why I like to DIY myself.
