Yes, seen a few, plug and play.

Some of the “Dynamic Sweep” indicators on new cars are quite fun and amusing to watch, but these just look very cheap and nasty and don’t even sweep in the direction that the car is turning!

Find them very distracting but suppose that's the point

I don't have these but bought other ones from aliexpress (non sweep) and up to now they are OK.
