Probably because that is the public footpath and like the UK, illegal to park on it. |

It doesn`t look like a proper footpath as there are 2 trees effectively blocking the way to the left of that building and what looks like a wall with trellis jutting out just beyond that. Looks like a lot of effort just to park your car. I can just about manage to open and close my driveway gates! |
