Hi!

I have problems with my MY11. Its very hard to start the engine, sometimes the engine dies when put "D" in and I have to restart it. This only happens the first start every day when the engine is cool. I suspect it has something to do with EGR, but really have no clue, have searched the forum and checked everything I can. Cant find any leakage or broken hoses around the engine. I did a reading of the fault codes, but can't figure out which one it is. Also get "Reduced engine performance" randomly.

Fault codes:

P0406, exhaust gas recirculation Sensor A High temperature
P0480, Fan 1 Control circuit
P2263, system performance turbo overload
B100A, Authorization of fuel pump

Did use google translate on the fault codes

Have read "everything" now, I will start with the glow plugs. Problem first occurred after a night with temperature below -20C with no working engine heater... So,

1. Change glow plugs
2. Change diesel filter
3. Inspect hoses turbo, intercooler and engine more closely.

Guess the fault codes are just other meaningless faults
