England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Zermatt Silver

as usual, just taking the white clip away from the glass has proved an impossible task, minutes turn into hours then half days vanish trying to get the most basic thing off Big Cry Big Cry ,

now I know why I think its easier to pay £50 for a pro to do it . . . .

don't want to break the clip, don't want to break the glass, sick of breaking wind with nerves Whistle

do the 2 window clips act like a press stud and pop open with a bit of force and the windows have 2 holes for each ??

considering either putting it all back together or take it the way it is to a pro . . . 2017 SEAT Ateca 4drive 2.0 xcellence (May 2022 -

Scotland 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Buckingham Blue

Hi northcroft I did mine today and had major issues doing the yellow clip. The clip has a peg which locates in a hole in the window glass, you have to lever the high part of the clip away from the glass to unlocate it, then push the window up.
I couldn’t for the life of me get the yellow clip undone. In the end I uncoupled the white clip and held the window up so it didn’t relocate, then got my missus to stick her arm through the speaker hole and reach through to I clip the yellow clip, once I’d shown her how it uncoupled on the white clip. If you know someone with a thin forearm it’s a good way to do it. You can then tape the window up and remove the regulator. 👍
