Service Indicator Reset

Pleased to see that the 'bush fix' for resetting the service indicator works on my MY13 car.
Jump In
Press Start Button - without brake.
Press Brake & Accelerator Pedals Fully For 1 minute
Open Bonnet whilst still keeping both pedals down.
Job Done - No more service reminder.

How do you reach the bonnet while having your feet on the pedals Shocked Common sense isn't very common.

I think the open bonnet bit can be ignored & it still will clear the service reminder.
