I have just had a service/mot/new brake pads front and rear and went to enter details on osh.landrover.com as I have done previously when using an Indy. Lo and behold LR have changed the format and it would appear you can no longer do this. Any ideas or help gratefully received. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

I think its dealers only both JLR and Independent traders, dont think as an owner you can do it anymore???

It used to be that the owner could update the records - I did it 2 years ago when I went to an Indy. Last year I went to LR so had no need to access the site but having just completed my 4th year service I can no longer update the records. There's a long thread on this from the other day and the last I read was that of customer services on here said there was a technical error and IT were on it............ Don't hold your breath  If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

P38 v8 auto no problems,great howle from exhausts when giving it welly
Td5 auto head gasket,no5 pot not uncommon but good car.
1st Tdv6s manual epb problem fixed under warranty(stealer said"never heard of this before,i suggested he looked at d3 forum.
2nd Tdv6 se auto epb
3rd Tdv6 xs auto 2008,swmbo,s favourite.

LR OSH was undergoing problems / maintenance in April, I think they have changed permissions as to who can update your FL2's history. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 85k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 12th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

I’d probably take more notice of a file of service sheets, mot printouts and parts receipts.
