2007 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Santorini Black

head lamp bit needed

copied this pic but its not my model.
my model is 2007 hse i6 rhd.
i've had a look through the search section but cant find anything there.
its part no 8 i need if anyone can help?

I googled that part no. It took me back to my original pic. Where Part no.4 is highlighted .

I need part no.8 the rod shaped part.

Mine too, to do with it being rigid plastic and heat it exposed to according to dealer If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Thanks Dan, I've managed to source one locally. I need to do some more checks but, could be in the market for a new alternator!

Genuine new alternator £505.00 + £150.00 old unit surcharge (refunded upon return of old unit)

Or I can get an OEM unit for £395.00
