2014 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Loire Blue

2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Hse Lux drivers door window issue

Hi Guys,
I went to lower the drivers window this morning with one click of the switch, all went well but when raising the window one click does not work, i have to keep my finger on the switch until it is closed, if i take my finger off the switch before it is closed it stops.
Any suggestions

2011 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Baltic Blue

Sounds like it needs a reset. Which from memory is something like:

open window fully
close window fully
hold it closed for a few seconds

should now work again - if it doesn't search on here for the correct process.

I have had a go at the reset procedure but it did not work thanks
