Automatic Transmission Fluid Equivalences

I've found out this list of automatic transmission fluids equivalences given by Aisin, the producer of the autobox.

Thank you Alex.

However , not many options for my autobox (2014 model) which requires JWS3324.

Nothing listed on Opie Oils.

Anyone know what equivalent oils are available in the UK? .

My FL2 manual says "Nippon AW-1, T-WS (JWS3324)" - but I find it's not very helpful really. Jules

Good ol' Google.

Found some at a long established British company

Smith & Allan of Darlington

https://www.smithandallan.com/products/tra...ion-fluid/

£30 for 5L inc VAT & Delivery - but available on-line in various quantities Jules

Morocco 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Santorini Black

Hi all

Not sure to cor=rectly understand

I'm about to change the autobox oil on my FL2 2011 (so basically the one to be used is JWS 3309).

the price of 1 liter of oil here at the LR dealer is ~70€ ...

I asked peugeot (I give them a VIN of a peugeot 508 MY2011 with same autobox than our FLs,) they say that the oil they sell for the 508 autobox is the peugeot OEM ref 9734R7, which is actually the JWS 3324. half price, 35 € / liter.

Well, don't know if I can go for the peugeot 3324 or I should mandatory use the 3309. I plan to use 4 liters this time and another flush after 1000 km ..

thx

You can buy the Aisin oils at pretty good prices here - https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/gearbo...5/mf-aisin

And see Aisin's info on oils here - https://www.be.aisin-europe.com/en-gb/products/autofluids/atf
