United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Santorini Black

Well I went for the PTC heater recall today and the stealer wanted over £50 for the rears... but when I told him I'd buy off ebay he came down to £43.70. Censored Stupidly I'd told him the price inc P&P was £44.... Embarassed

He admitted they'd still made around £4 profit from me - however I'd like to think they will remain in business, so it's not all bad. Just need to wash the car before fitting them.

never use sponge on black, deep pile wool wash mitt only !!!!
Hey swmbo is never wrong!! Black is the colour she chose Bow down and the colour I'll wash Big Cry and wash Big Cry and wash - as often as necessary. Thumbs Up

I'm not sure if rear flaps are worth only a 25% reduction in wash frequency, though! I'll find out how much my stealer wants for them when we go in for the PTC heater refit next Tuesday (the one the salesman said only HSEs had Rolling Eyes).

The stealer salesman did warn us that black needed washing more often, to be fair. I still love looking at it - clean or dirty!
I don't think the (black) color is the problem, you want the car to be clean or very dirty. anything in between just doesn't look wright Mr. Green
