Problemas ao dar partida com um período de tempo parado

A minha tem um problema, que quando eu paro por mais em media 10 minutos...ela so liga se eu fizer um ritual..

Entro no carro piso no freio ouço a bomba combustível armar e fico esperando ela desarmar, tem um rele bem na frente ali pé do passageiro que ouço. ai dou partida. este é o ritual...
