2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Indus Silver

Code 299

E M L keeps coming on daily (I keep clearing it as I hate have warning lights on) the car is running perfect it's a 2.2 fl2 my code book says it 299 genetic anybody got any clues what keeps triggering the light on

currently got the same code on ours and is down to a split in the intercooler hose.
