United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Lago Grey
Inbuilt TV

Finally got the FL2 back from the dealer after 12 days, fixed and leak free!

Really feels small and pokey after the RR but I'll get used to it.

IFFFFF it behaves itself and doesn't break down again between now and January I might buy the TV screen adaptor module from Gnet, the RR had one and I thought it was cool. Anyone fitted one? The on line instructions don't specify auncillaries to use or tell you very much about it at all. Is it speed restricted? How do I bypass that? Can an antenna just be pluged in to give me TV or does it need to go through another module to process the signal? What type of antenna is best? The RR has Sky, how do I get SKY tv without a dish? Anyone who can help or advise would be appreciated. 58 HSE, auto, lago grey, tints. Mine and my dogs Storm and Sky
TT Quattro, black. Ers.
AC Cobra rep in build. Ars.

United Kingdom

basically from what i have read

the gnet unit is a bypass for the OEM screen, showing what ever you use it for.

But what ever you are going to be using, your going to need the module (Ie TV receiver/DVD player etc)

It should be speed restricted, and you switch the screen over to it by a press of the button, or the remote control for the gnet.

If you search for FAT_RRS on rrsport he has some which look a good deal and a youtube video showing the unit and all its wires. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
