If worse when turning it could be linked to the Haldex which should disengage with lock applied.

Either a software issue or a Haldex service. Check with Austen at Bell Engineering (he posted above) he is the transmission expert on here.

That's why i asked about turning, but don't want to suddenly scare people with haldex problems, it could be something very simple. Have suggested giving me a call so poster can try and few tests to try and diagnose things. www.bellengineering.co.uk

it only seems to happen first thing after the car has moved a bit no more noise |
