I have just acquiered a 2009 Freelander2 2.2 td GS, from using the key fob everything works excepting the "locking system" all other functions are ok, I am assuming the RHF lock activates all other locks when locking.

Did you try pushing the fob in a little before removing it should motor in and motor out. Understeer when you hit the wall with the front of the car.

Hi, yes but it is still "firm" to remove but light is fading now, will have a proper look at all functions tomorrow and advise of the outcome. Thanks for the advice. |

Just wanted to say re the key fob. On one of mine the raised symbols ballooned somehow making the fob thicker than normal and fouled inside of the key slot making the fob difficult to pull out. I bought a pattern fob from ebay and switched the internals. All good now. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE |
