Took it back to Allens. It's the pinion seal.

2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Stornoway Grey

I'm.not convince it's the pinion seal for it to be dripping from the haldex motor. Also no reason why seal would fail when changing the haldex. Hope it gets sorted for you. www.bellengineering.co.uk

I got under the car with the mechanic. I wish my tech knowledge was better but oil was leaking from what looked like a black rubber washer between the Haldex and component in front of it. The part number they replaced is LR076676 'Pinion Front Seal'?
