Possible to change display contrast ??

Have FL2 XS

Love the Car but
is it possible to change the contrast on the Green information display
I find the Black on Green difficult to read
and wonder if there is any adjustment that can be made to make the black blacker
Mileage and MPG display etc

I`ve no problem with the display normally, but have noticed on a couple of occasions, after long journeys (couple of hours +), with the lights on, that the display eventually "fades" until it is almost impossible to read. I have assumed that this is to do with getting warmer, both the car (heater on all the time) and the display, (due to the illumination bulb?- even an LED gives off some heat) or just getting warm through operating. Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly!

Just to add, even with my sunglasses on and the sun beaming into the cabin the black text is very clear on the driver display and audio unit.

I've also had this issue.... after a 2/3 hours trip... I wonder if LR will replace my display... I'll ask during my next service.

Regularly do a 6 hour non-stop drive down to England and my display doesn't fade, so I guess it can't be a heat problem.

A check with the dealer is in order me thinks ______________________

Nick,

They fixed the display on mine by turning up the contrast.

Going off topic for a second. I see from your blurb re. your FL2 you've got a cargo net. where did you get it and how much did you pay??

Cheers

Arh yes the cargo net

I paid £18995 and got it with my old Kia Sportage Laughing

Needed to get some different hooks to attach it but worked pretty well until the cheap ebay ones broke Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
