Drivers side door glass removal

How on earth do you remove the yellow glass clip on the drivers side door?

South Africa 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Izmir Blue

You can pull it with your fingers and the glass slides out. Remove the speaker to gain access. I managed to unclip both window clips thru the speaker hole.
