Best 18 inch tyre for durability/economy.

Need to buy 2 new front corners for my 07 HSE. What would owners recommend as a decent cost effective tyre? Am more interested in durability, economy and noise level rather than any sort of off road performance, as I go off very rarely!
Any ideas??? Thanks in advance Thumbs Up

Can you get tyres to match the rear as some say the 4wd system likes equal wear and tread patterns on all wheels so I switch mine front to rear once a year.

My current 4 Wranglers switched front to back once a year do 25K and maybe a bit more if you want full value more than road holding, ASDA tyres have them online for about £100 fitted. Going to try a set of Michelin Crossclimates this Winter to reduce wear and tyre noise. If not available it will be All Season Verdes. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

After reading the forum posts - thanks gang! - have had a set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season tyres all round. Initial response is good, quiet and confidence inspiring when hitting a wet bend.

Have been told to put 30psi all round - does that seem a bit low??
