Anyone changed their 'problem' pipe with a silicone replacement?

I was thinking of changing mine before it needs doing. My old FL1 went whilst I was up in Brussels and I don't want a repeat problem.

Anyone have a pic of the pipe, or a link to a silcone replacement supplier? Only dead fish go with the flow
