Just gave my FL2 a new look.

18 months in and time for a change.
So changed my 20" Evoque black wheels for 20" Evoque silver wheels fitted with LTZ AT tyres.
Removed the spotlights and all orange stickers/decals,
Replaced the [hacked up] grill and painted the surround in body colour, then added a silver strip.
Also made and added some silver/black/red graphics to brighten it all up.
Here's the result [apologies for the fogged up iPhone pics]

Quite pleased with it, freshens it up and saves me a fortune in trading it in for a newer model.
It's a Dec 10 [MY11] GS [with memory leather seats, sat nav, bluetooth, perf/napa leather steering wheel, cubby box etc etc]
Only got 37k miles on the clock.... and still as good as new...... so why change Thumbs Up FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

I felt the black set made the car look short 'n dumpy, also the body colour was too dark for the black wheels.
To me the car now looks longer and squatter.
It feels as if it's gone from a rowdy teenager to a young gentleman .... but with hidden rowdy elements. Laughing
Now back to 275/45/20's Thumbs Up FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

Some nice mods but for me roof racks do nothing to enhance a Freelander. My other dislikes are side steps but I do like the tubes which you have fitted Thumbs Up MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

Very nice 😛. I'm only 3 months into ownership but already have some mods planned, you guys inspire me Bow down
Looking at mudflaps and larger wheels to start with then who knows.

Ronp i notice you have fitted the newer tailgate handle. Was it from powerful uk? Easy to fit? I've noticed I've got rust bubbles either side of my handle and was thinking this upgrade would hide them. _____________________________

No, mine is the facelift model, so same from factory like that. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-
