When trying to adjust the drivers seat lumbar support, the 5A fuse for the electric seat controls blows. Any clues as to potential causes? 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto - Stornoway Grey - Hers (His, really)

Its dark outside now and I cant get outside to check but is that under the seat - or inside the upholstery? 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto - Stornoway Grey - Hers (His, really)

This is supported by the fact that the air supply to the air cushion is short (<15cm-ish ) and there is no sign of such an item under the seat.
