CCF edit Hampshire?

Any recommendations for an independent to edit my CCF to enable xenon headlights in Hampshire / South Coast across to Eastbourne?

TBH, I was their first, so together we found our way through the tool, i recall there were 2 settings to change

Since virtually all modern cars have ECUs and diagnostic sockets I am surprised that there isn't a generic software tool available to load on your laptop and with a suitable USB lead + socket to fit your vehicle. I guess that it wouldn't do everything specific to your car but it would be useful. Is anything out there? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

The mongoose/mangoose OBD/USB cable and SDD program is simple to run from a laptop (xp virtual m/c)

Keith Gott Land Rover at Alton did the modification for me in just a few minutes and xenon headlights now working perfectly Smile.

I've been looking at these and there seem to be a few people selling them. Also a bit confused about which software is needed (SDD or IDS) and whether the software works as is, or whether a further dealer subscription is required. Do you happen to know?
