How to remove MAP sensor?

I am about to replace the throttle body/motor amd can see the MAP sensor held in place by a TORX that I have removed but unsure how the sensor is now connected - is it a push in fitment on the base?
don't want to force things! Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?

Have'nt done this job on mine yet

Haynes Manual is not very helpful either - "Undo the retaining bolt, and remove the sensor"

So I assume its a brute force thing Shocked No Longer the owner of a 2013MY Fuji White GS

"Fiat Lux" a philosophy not a car

I would suggest undoing the bolt and removing the sensor by giving it a pull/wiggle.
If you were removing the wheel, I'd imagine the book would say ”remove bolts, remove wheel". You wouldn't expect anything other than that. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

They can be quite tight, once torx removed its just held in by the pressure of the O ring.
If it really is tight you may want to ensure you have a replacement O ring before going any further.

Done it!
It is a push fit (once the retaining TORX bolt is removed) and I found that a gentle levering around the edges with a thin, flat head screwdriver, did the job.
Thank you for all the replies Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?
