What participation would consist of:

• We will transfer you to the dealership to book in, this call will be recorded.
• On the day of the service one of our professional mystery shoppers would meet you at a location of your choice so you may enter the dealership together; our mystery shopper is purely there for observation and will not participate in the process.
• Our mystery shopper would meet you once again to enter the dealership when the vehicle is ready to collect, he would also ask some questions regarding how you felt about your experience at the dealership.
• 24-72hrs after the visit takes place we will call you for a very quick follow up call to see how the visit went overall.

All we are asking now is for you to let us know which dealership you would like to visit, local to yourself and if you are aware, when your service is due

I had one a few months ago but I have had so many issues with our FL2s over the last 2 years that I have got to know the people in dealership really well and would hate to pull a stunt like this on them. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
