I'll second all of that. The FL2 will easily cope and its at its best if you can combine with a night in one of the local pubs. I've not found a bad one yet...!

Paintwork might get a scratch from a conifer, but nothing that won't polish out.

If you are involved with Scouts then camping overnight at Hawkhirst is a good option.

It's worth having a CB to get the full experience!
