| simon-g Member Since: 23 Dec 2015 Location: Bedfordshire Posts: 19      | From what I understand the update is via a memory stick plugged into the USB socket, and takes around 2-3 hours or so. The cost is about £160 I believe. I would think this is not something covered under warranty.

 Thanks for the info. I've since spoken to two dealers who tell me it's never been part of the warranty cover and also sent the link for the 2016 upgrade:

 Although it is a '2016 Upgrade' the map data is actually from Q3 2014, so not really that up to date for £169. Don't think I will be doing mine at that price. Simon | ||
